Freedom of expression is close to my heart

In addition to my regular job, I am a writer, a role player and an activist with Electronic Frontier Finland (EFFI). I have toured the world speaking for digital human rights, all the way to the Far Wast. For me, EFFI is above all a human rights and freedom of expression organisation, and freedom of expression has always been close to my heart. The rise of digital culture has been a great opportunity for them, but unfortunately they are also under threat.

Electronic Frontier Finland has been raising the issues of digital freedom of expression, consumer protection and human rights for years and has experienced gains and losses. I have personally been a bit angry with how digital rights are constantly combined with the debate about copyright issues.
