Wuolijoki’s inaugural speech as the new director-general of the Finnish Broadcasting Company

 

As the new director-general of the Finnish Broadcasting Company, in her 1945 inaugural speech, Hella Wuolijoki dared to criticise the wartime radio for its propaganda, as can perhaps be heard in the archives of the Finnish Broadcasting company (in Finnish).
